Sort Code 40-28-18 ~ Account Number 11049046  Stating your Name and the unique reference from your email confirmation..... (e.g. 'SMITH' - 13?? )  

Payment for the Run is due in full by BACS upon form submission OR  if you would prefer to pay by cheque please contact the entry secretary Bob Blackstock (details below)

Entries will be deemed to be accepted when BACS payment into the account has been made.

PART 2 - BOOKING YOUR ACCOMMODATION

We have arranged with the Metropole Hotel and Spa, Temple Street, Llandrindod Wells, Powys, LD1 5DY for a fixed price from £90pp per night for a  'Classic Room', including dinner bed and breakfast. 
So the weekend hotel rate will be from £360 per couple.

These are the May 2026 rates for the available Rooms
Classic Single @ £110/Room/Night - Total = £220 / Weekend
Classic Double or Twin @ £180/Room/Night - Total = £360/Weekend
Superior Double or Twin @ £230/Room/Night - Total = £460 /Weekend
Luxury Tower Double or Twin @ £270/Room/Night - Total = £540 / Weekend

Please note the Hotel Bookings will be on a ‘First come - First Served’ Basis……
